Today’s menu gives you a long flat of almost 26kms, out to Arguinguin and then very gently up to “Cerado de Espinos”. Save your energy, because from here on it’s up into the heavens, 9km of an average 7% to Soria where a wonderful restaurant will serve you up mango juice or wonderful cinnamon laced bread made directly on the premises. |
If there’s some rain in the mountains, an impressive waterfall can be seen up close near the restaurant. Return home the same way. |
