At the “Copa Mundo y Master Cicloturista Islas Canarias 2010" the former triathlon world champion Olivier Marceau wins Gold with the Cannondale Super Six by FreeMotion at the individual time trial and silver in today's mountain stage - a very successful closure within the 2-week training camp with the Swiss national triathlon team.

For the first time the team passed its winter training camp on Gran Canaria and was completely satisfied. "We are really happy with Gran Canaria as a training destination. Everything worked out fine, starting from the warm climate, the accommodation and catering to the very well-developed road network, enabling us optimal workouts, "says Olivier Marceau in an interview with Free Motion.

Upcoming challenges in 2010:

Two top events this year for Olivier will be the Abu Dhabi International Triathlon, coming up next month on March 13th followed by the Sydney Iron Man on 28th of March.
